Its very quiet and they is
never any disturbances.

it is very well located,the
scenery is beautiful. the
people are very pleasant. the
rent is reasonable.i feel
safe,a great place to have a
family. its a cozy place to
live,definitely a good place
to call home.

I would tell them it's a very
convenient location. It is
also a very quiet and peaceful
place to live and I would
reccomend it to anyone moving
to this area and needs to find
a place to live.

I would recommend Windsor Lake
Apartments. My only complaint
I have is the breeze way of my
building needs to be maybe
power washed from top to
bottom. The ceiling of the
breeze way is extremely dirty.
That would make my
recommendation to anyone go
from 8 to a definite 10.

This complex has probably the
most helpful and friendly
staff of any place I've ever
lived. Maintainence issues in
the apartments are handled
extremely swiftly. When I
first moved in over 3 years
ago the grounds and outiside
of the buildings were kept
nicely but over the last few
months it looks as though the
buildings are falling apart.
Wood on building overhangs are
rotting and exposing the
attics to the elements and
have been that way on one
particular building for at
least 4 months now. The bricks
around the second pool are
coming up and or missing.
There is a terrible slimy
black substance around the
entire side of the pool above
the water. When walking
around the lake you see many
exposed and random wires
between the buildings and
shrubs along with window
screen, plain and simple it
just looks trashy now and from
the outside doesn't look like
it justifies the rent. Half of
the lights around the lake
have never worked and the pool
lights have never worked
either. It's still a good
amount of space for the money,
location and quality on the
inside, but If you move in you
may want to check the outside
of your building first.

We appreciate the kind words
about our staff but are
troubled about the other
subjects in your review. The
wood trim issues are currently
in the process of being
repaired. We realize that
because of this, these areas
may be more noticeable than in
the past, but we expect the
entire project to be completed
by the end of this month. The
pool decking has also been
scheduled for repair once they
are closed for the season…we
did not want to deprive our
residents of a refreshing swim
during these hot Mississippi
summers and the mortar will
need multiple days to properly
cure! As for the lighting and
exposed wiring issues, we
welcome additional information
so that we may address those
particular areas. Please do
not hesitate to contact
management if you see
something such as this so that
we may work to correct the
problem. Thank you for your

We've lived here for almost
four years. We knew upon our
first arrival that Windsor
Lake was the place for us. The
area is well kept, beautiful,
and quiet. The apartment
layouts are great. We've never
had a problem with parking.
The location is excellent;
we're close to the highway,
schools, pharmacies, and
grocery stores. We rarely had
any problems since residing
here. I would choice this
place again if I had to do it
over again.
